# Pricing and Billing Model

Before you look at any proposal, it helps to understand how the cost is built. Dynadok’s model has **two elements**: a one-time implementation setup fee and a monthly subscription based on the allowance of pages processed by the AI. On this page we explain each part, the difference between a monthly and an annual allowance, what happens when your volume goes over the contracted amount, and what is already included.

Updated September 2026 · Dynadok Team Direct answerDynadok charges a **monthly subscription** based on the volume of pages processed by the AI, plus a **one-time setup fee** for implementation and project activation. There is no per-user, per-seat or per-license charge: the platform and the APIs are included within the contracted scope. The unit of consumption is the processed page, and the price per page tends to fall as the volume tier goes up.

How the cost is built## The two components of the investment

A one-time amount at the start of the project and a recurring amount that follows the real volume of your operation.

 One time### Implementation setup

A one-time fee to implement and activate the project. It covers the Dynadok project team’s involvement at every stage, from workflow design to go-live.

Amount and timeline vary with complexity: number of document types, business rules, cross-checks and integrations required.

 Monthly### Subscription by page allowance

A recurring amount defined by the contracted page allowance. As long as usage stays within the contracted volume, **the subscription does not change**.

The allowance can expire monthly or annually, and the price per page depends on the volume tier: the higher the volume, the better the unit cost.

The model in numbers## What defines your invoice at the end of the month

**1**unit of consumption: the page processed by the AI

0additional charges per user, seat or license

**12**months of allowance validity on the annual-expiration plan

**1 to 4**months of implementation, depending on project complexity

The basis of the subscription## How the page allowance works

At contract time, we estimate how many pages Dynadok will need to process per month.

### A consumption package with a predictable cost

If the forecast is **10,000 pages per month**, the customer contracts the allowance for that volume and pays the monthly amount defined for that tier.

The allowance works as a consumption package: as long as usage stays within the contracted volume, the subscription amount does not change. That is what gives the operation cost predictability.

The price per page may vary by tier. **In general, the higher the volume, the better the unit cost per page.**

Side by side## Monthly or annual plan: what is the difference?

In both formats the subscription is paid monthly. What changes is the validity period of the contracted allowance.

DimensionMonthly expirationAnnual expiration Allowance validityRenewed every monthCalculated for a 12-month period PaymentMonthlyMonthly, even though the allowance is valid for 12 months Unused balanceDoes not roll over to the next monthLower-usage months offset higher-usage months Overage billingWhen consumption exceeds the month’s allowanceWhen total consumption exceeds the annual allowance, or at the end of the 12 months Subscription amountBase price for the contracted tierSlightly higher, because of the usage flexibility Best forOperations with stable volume spread across the yearSeasonal operations: admissions, onboarding waves, re-enrollment and campaigns

### In practice, on the annual-expiration plan

For example, an expected 10,000 pages per month guarantees an allowance of **120,000 pages over the 12 months of the contract**.

This brings more flexibility, since one month’s consumption can offset another’s. Overage is billed only if the total number of pages used exceeds the contracted annual allowance, or at the end of the contract term, as agreed.

Over the volume## What happens when the allowance is exceeded?

01### The operation keeps running

Processing is not interrupted when the limit is reached. Documents continue to be analyzed normally and the overage is added to the corresponding invoice.

02### Billed per extra page

Consumption above the allowance is billed per page, at the rate set in the contract. No penalties and no renegotiation every month.

03### Allowance revised when overage becomes routine

If overage becomes recurring, the allowance can be revised to a tier that better matches the real volume of the operation.

04### Higher tier, lower average cost

Moving up a tier usually reduces the average cost per page, because the unit price follows the contracted volume.

One-time fee## What the setup includes

The setup covers the Dynadok project team’s involvement throughout the implementation.

### Implementation work involves

- Understanding the customer’s operational workflow
- Mapping documents, business rules and validation criteria
- Designing and configuring the workflows
- Parameterizing and calibrating the analyses performed by the AI
- Developing the integrations included in the scope
- Project management and tracking of implementation stages
- Testing and validation
- Solution acceptance with the customer
- Assisted operation
- Go-live follow-up

### What defines the amount and the timeline

- Number and variety of document types
- Complexity of the documents and validations
- Business rules and approval criteria
- Cross-checks between documents
- Specific calculations and verifications
- Integrations with the customer’s systems
- Use of the platform, the API, or both
- Amount of configuration, testing and acceptance required

Simpler projects can be activated in less time, while operations with complex documents, many business rules or integrations require a longer implementation. **In general, implementation and activation take between one and four months.**

No per-user charges## Platform and API access is already included

The contract grants access to the Dynadok platform and APIs within the scope defined for the project: the document types, workflows, business rules, validations, integrations and other configurations agreed between the parties.

**There is no additional charge for the number of users, seats or licenses.** The company can use the platform, integrate Dynadok into its systems and give access to every team involved without generating new charges. After implementation, the recurring cost of the core solution is determined by the volume of pages processed.

New document types, rules, workflows or integrations outside the contracted scope are assessed separately, since they may require new configuration, development, testing and acceptance, with a possible additional implementation charge.

Beyond the core solution## Complementary and optional modules

They can be contracted according to the needs of each project and have their own pricing models, presented separately in the commercial proposal.

+### Anti-fraud

A dedicated layer for spotting signs of tampering and inconsistencies between documents and systems.

+### Automatic document generation

Automatic generation of documents from data already validated in the workflow.

+### Credit transfer and course exemption

Automated analysis of academic transcripts and syllabi for prior-learning recognition processes.

+### Occupational health and safety cross-analysis

Cross-checking between risk inventories, occupational health programs and medical fitness certificates to verify consistency across the documents.

These modules are not necessarily included in the page-allowance subscription. Pricing may vary by feature, usage volume and the characteristics of the operation, and other specialized modules may be made available by Dynadok over time.

On one page## Billing model summary

**A one-time setup fee**, defined by the scope and complexity of the implementation.

**A monthly subscription** based on the allowance of processed pages, with monthly or annual expiration. On the monthly plan, the allowance expires every month. On the annual plan, the volume can be used flexibly over the 12-month term.

In both formats, pages processed above the allowance are billed as overage, at the rate set in the contract.

Platform and API access is included, with no per-user or per-license charge, always within the contracted scope. New document types, rules, workflows or integrations may require a new technical and commercial assessment, and complementary modules have their own pricing models.

Frequently asked questions## Common questions about pricing and billing

How does Dynadok charge for the solution?Billing consists of a monthly subscription based on the volume of pages processed by the Artificial Intelligence, plus a one-time setup fee for implementation and project activation. This model applies to the core document automation and analysis solution; complementary and optional modules have specific pricing models, presented separately in the commercial proposal.

What is the page allowance? It is the consumption package contracted based on an estimate of the volume Dynadok will process. If the forecast is 10,000 pages per month, the customer contracts the corresponding allowance and pays the monthly amount defined for that tier. As long as usage stays within the contracted volume, the subscription does not change, which gives cost predictability. The price per page varies by tier: in general, the higher the volume, the better the unit cost.

What is the difference between the monthly and the annual plan?In both formats the subscription is paid monthly. What changes is the validity of the allowance. On the monthly-expiration plan, the allowance renews every month and unused balance does not roll over. On the annual-expiration plan, the allowance is calculated for 12 months: an expected 10,000 pages per month guarantees 120,000 pages over the contract, and one month’s consumption can offset another’s. Because of this flexibility, the annual plan has a slightly higher subscription amount and is especially suited to seasonal operations.

What happens if the allowance is exceeded?Consumption above the allowance is billed per extra page, at the rate set in the contract. The operation is not interrupted when the limit is reached: processing continues normally and the overage is included in the corresponding invoice. When overage becomes recurring, the allowance can be revised to a tier that better matches the real volume, which also tends to reduce the average cost per page.

Is there an extra cost for platform and API access? No. Access to the platform and APIs is included in the contract, within the scope defined for the project, with no additional charge for the number of users, seats or licenses. After implementation, the recurring cost of the core solution is determined by the volume of pages processed. New document types, integrations, rules or workflows outside the contracted scope must be assessed separately.

What is included in the setup fee?The setup includes the Dynadok project team’s involvement throughout implementation: understanding the operational workflow, mapping documents and business rules, designing and configuring workflows, parameterizing and calibrating the AI analyses, developing the integrations in scope, project management, testing and validation, acceptance with the customer, assisted operation and go-live follow-up.

How long does implementation take?In general, implementation and activation take between one and four months. Simpler projects can be activated in less time, while operations with complex documents, many business rules or integrations require a longer implementation. The same factors that define the timeline influence the setup fee.

Are there optional modules with additional charges?Yes. Beyond the core document automation and analysis solution, Dynadok offers complementary modules such as anti-fraud, automatic document generation, credit transfer analysis and occupational health and safety cross-analysis, among other specialized modules. They are not necessarily included in the page-allowance subscription and have their own pricing models, which vary by feature, usage volume and the characteristics of the operation.

What do you need to receive a proposal?Initially, the list of documents you want to automate and the estimated volume of pages to be processed. With that information we can define the consumption tier, the subscription amount and an initial estimate of the implementation effort. For more complex projects, with many business rules, cross-checks between documents, specific calculations or integrations, a deeper technical review may be needed during the commercial stage, before the final proposal.
